National War Memorial
About the poem & activities
Exercise
The National War Memorial, New Delhi was established in February 2019. It is a national monument built by the Government of India in honour of our brave soldiers. The poem pays respect to the soldiers whose names are etched in stone, remembers the eternal flame (Amar Jawan Jyoti) that glows in their memory, and reminds us to always remember their sacrifice with pride and gratitude.
