State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM), Indore is a government hospitality training institute sponsored by Madhya Pradesh Tourism, Government of Madhya Pradesh, and affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida. It is the leading public hotel management institute in Indore and provides craft-level and diploma training for students entering the hospitality and tourism industry. Programmes cover the four core operational areas of a hotel: Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Accommodation Operations and Housekeeping, and Front Office Operations, delivered through practical training kitchens, restaurants, housekeeping labs and front office simulation areas.
