Indore Institute of Law (IIL) is a private law college in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, established in 2003 under the aegis of the ICON Education Society. The campus spans about 9 acres on Rau-Pithampur Road, opposite IIM Indore. The institute is affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, approved by the Bar Council of India, recognised by UGC under Sections 2(f) and 12(B), and accredited by NAAC with an A+ grade. It offers three undergraduate law programmes and one postgraduate programme, with the five-year integrated courses available in three admission categories - Global, Premium and Regular - each carrying 120 seats, alongside a three-year LL.B (Hons) with 300 seats. Teaching emphasises practical legal training through moot court competitions, legal aid clinics, seminars and internships with law firms, corporates and courts. Admission is through the institute's own IILET entrance test or CLAT or LSAT scores, followed by group discussion and personal interview. Residential accommodation is provided through the Samriddhi Hostel.
